About SenjaMade

SenjaMade is an online store selling handmade products from Senja, Norway. We offer custom prints, candles, magnets and other handcrafted products.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Norwegian law (the Right of Withdrawal Act), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized/personalized products made to your order (e.g. prints with your own photo).

For standard products (candles, gallery magnets): contact us within 14 days for a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Order and payment

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via Stripe.

Delivery

We ship via Postnord. Normal delivery time is 3-7 business days. Shipping cost: from 99 kr. Free shipping for orders over 700 kr. Free local pickup available in Torsken, Senja.

Complaints

If there are defects or faults with the product, contact us within a reasonable time. We will repair, replace or refund according to applicable regulations.
